Pollon Vial completed

I have done the pollen weed/grass vial 3 times in a week. I will be repeating this for another week soon after i do treatment 1-7 again. As for now i hope that it has had some effect on me and has worked. I'll be starting on the smoke vial as i am going to the casino. Before i started this i remember going to the casino and could only last 1-2 hours max. the last time i went i was there for 3-4 hours and it got really bad for me. lesson learned. But hopefully doing the smoke vial for 1 day will be enough. and then i plan on continuing it 3 more times.

Spring Break

Been on vacation with my gf to visit my amazing bestest sister and mom. I have never done so much walking in a long time! The beach weather wasn't the best nor the worse. but it didn't matter. Just spending time with family was all i needed in my life. family will always heal the soul.

Ate out at a bunch of places but didn't really take pics of them or the names of the places but there was pretty good from sushi, breakfast, ice cream, steak and pho. i could go on about my trip but it would just bore you all. but california was fun and added to many great memories.

ill try post pics of disneyland on here soon.

but as for random stuff i would like to ramble about i keep hearing facebook this Facebook that...and how bad it is for you and how many hours people spend on it... and i still cant really figure out whats the point... yea its nice to talk and see long time friends/family etc but mainly people are just checking other peoples status and thats probably it.. its like everyone in a way is stocking another person even though you don't mean it. For those that don't know i've been on a Facebook strike in a way.. i one day might have it again but as for now its been deleted and going strong for 3 weeks now. probably even longer...

The Allergy Kit news

- I have finished 1-7 vials and so far pretty good i must say but the journey continues. i still have pollen which im finishing up today and im doing smoke vial. tree, cats/dog/dust mites still. and then repeat vial 1-7 still so its probably going be another 2-3 months max. I will email herb if its something i will need to redo in the future .. but they are getting a new redesigned site soon. for those with allergies i hope that my journey through this can help and improve your life cause i know this is a life changing thing. stay tuned!

Sorry all but been busy just doing other things.

I will be off to California soon! but to bad the weather isnt looking as comprising as i had thought, none the less should be fun to just leave WA for a little change.

as for the vial treatment i am now on vial 7!!! almost the end. but i have to redo 1-7 again. i think i am seeing improvement but not 100% vanished results. I think vial 1 and vial 6 is needed to be done i play on doing them each 2 times when it comes to them. I ordered Dust mites and pollen vial for total of $54. These are my more serious problems and i am highly allergic to them so i think this will be able to notice greatest results when i go and get tested. and during this summer. i have completely stopped all my natural medications and even the nw drops. zero vitamin C. Even though i have stopped these medications and haven't felt the need of them there were natural... so its not like i had to take them everyday necessarily. It has been hard to really notice results with the food vials 1-7 (the kit) but my daily life and feel has changed. i will keep you all updated on this journey of "the allergy kit" experience.

started vial 4 tonight. - no limitations on food.

vial 3 went good. i havent tried or really ate anything that was in the vial. I will try something and get back to you guys. as i am allergic to a few of the things in there.

updated on vial 3 : i Have tried sesame and an improvement i must say but i might need the individual vial. I used to get tightness in throat soon after consuming it but now its more of it settling it in my stomach sometimes. But i do question if its from me avoiding it for so long that my body handles it a little better.. but seeing a sign is promising but the true retesting will let me know if it has improved.

I have started "The allergy kit" i am now on vial 3 just started it tonight

vial 1.

showed some great results i think... lets see how dairy and eggs hold up.

avoiding sugar was hard! but def dont craving sugar like i used too, what a change and weird in a way of how this kit works. but results are always pleasing.

vial 3.

(will update you on it) suppose to have no limits and eat everything...

side note: i will say this about the kit. There site and manual that is sent isnt in the greatest details i am always finding my self sending emails to them but will get very fast response which is nice!
