Dandruff!

Hard to get rid of! Having allergies does cause this problem! and many more but this one is pretty annoying. I have tried 3 different brands and am now on my 4th recommended by a friend so hopefully it works...

I received an email today stating that they basically miss me and want me to return lol. I didnt keep the email but thought it was funny. its almost been 4 months since i stopped using it. Not cause i was addicted and logged on a lot i actually got on every so often for like less then a min. I havent really decided when to get back onto it but i do know id like keep touch with my friends and family.

So little time... 2 test while my sis and mom come into town so i need get studying early!

woke up early

Woke up early this morning just to do my sugar vial. Why did i wake up early? because I can get it over with faster!!! It is indeed the hardest one to avoid for 25hrs and thats because your so limited to what you can eat that day. I have found it best to start it in the morning so then you can avoid it the whole day and when you fall asleep by the time you wake up you can eat the sugary food because 25 hrs is up!!

vial 4

I am now on vial 4 and will be doing vial 5. Everything has been good but my tongue on some days feels this weird tightness on the side. I cant figure it out yet but im going try keep closer attention what i do before it happens. Vitamin C seems to help somewhat. ill post some pictures soon.

This week will be a good test!

Been a pretty busy week with school and trying to buckle down. Even though i still have a month of school left. Got to check out a first aid unit inside Factoria mall. The guy is actually smiling for me in the pic lol. My cousin came for a visit as my gf and I watched his son.

The Allergy Kit

last week was really good for me no issues and problems i could remember. Only thing was just the higher heat levels that caused some stuffiness. so hopefully with the heat vial ordered along with cat/dog and prefume i will be all cured!!! but i still need finish 1-7 again before i can do the extra vials. Its just the rules to no do them out of order.

I will be doing vial 3 and 4 without any food restrictions this week

As for this coming week i will keep you posted closely since weather here is suppose to hit 70 degrees for the first time so that means higher pollen levels and ill see how pollen and tree etc vial holds up and if i only get stuffy. Have a good week all

Been GOOD

Nothing in my daily life has changed but i did finish vial 2. Its one of the hardest ones to do. you basically have a very strict diet for the day. mainly eggs, rice and steak meat is what i usually eat when i do this vial. I dunno about other Kit users. I had a talk with my mom and she said my breath smelled bad and i know its from allergies but i might head to doc make sure its nothing serious cause bad breath does mean a lot of other things could be wrong. and since most them are gone it couldnt be as bad.... and i went dentist not long ago and they said my teeth were great.

updated list of allergies

I was allergic to:

*dust mite

*pollen

*cold weather

*smoke

*yeast beer

*asparagus

*crab and shrimp

*trees

*grass

*dogs

*cats

*mold but its minor

im not sure if there more since my test was for the basics. i know my sister had more things that i didnt even get tested for.

i now seem to be only allergic to the stuff i havent been treated for and if not fully cured def a lotttttt better.

the list now after the allergy kit:

*dogs /cats (havent treated it yet)

*crab/shrimp (havent treated it yet)

*mold (havent treated it yet not sure if i will since its minor)

but im sure it will take care of it once im done with them

things i may be allergic to but not 100% sure since i didnt get tested:

*flouride

*fragrances

*heat

I tried going on to an allergy forum today and i guess im a big spammer and got banned in record time... it was from the allergychat.org . I hope that all the people see or come and visit this site. great stuff and im sorry to say i cant be there to join and help out and give my opinion and insite. I am not selling anything here. and i am not making any money off this. Im blogging about my life and allergy treatment. Do you see any ads on here? no! or me pressuring you buy something..... im just thankful to be doing so good! you would think people would want to talk to you and ask questions and want to be cured. it almost seems like people would rather just have this problem forever... i know i wouldn't having gone threw so much in a year i can tell you i wouldn't ever want it again and wish i never got it. but i guess you can say that its been an eye opener and def a learning experience. to all those that follow and read this stuff its for your benefit not mines. But i thank you for coming, i post for you guys. if i get no viewers i clearly will stop posting as i know no ones seems to be interested or needs any help...

as the days roll by

I finally had some free time after studying for math and physic class at the same time. Had a mothers day party. went to the casino with my gf family and won 44 bucks! went to kirkland today to find baby ducklings that weren't scared of people.


The Allergy Kit

I have finished vial 1 today. again i have done it 2 times and will be continuing on to sugar vial 2 next within a couple of days. I want the vial to stick better so im waiting a few extra days before starting.

vial 1 all over again

I started vial 1 today at 1225pm. I need to avoid chicken, milk and other diary products. Wait 25 hours before i can consume it again. Ill keep you guys posted. I do notice when i do have cereal n milk in the morning sometimes i feel off after eating and other days im fine so doing this treatment 2nd time around hopefully will take care of it. only time will tell.

cold weather

Nothing compared to sunday weather. and having it be freezing after class doesn't help. As far as the allergy kit goes i have been great. though been having some minor issues with my throat area. more like this swelling feeling or something its very random and i will be doing 1-7 again so hopefully it takes care of it. since i only did it once through. i have 5-6 more vials i need. so thats going be another $150-200 max then ill be done purchasing all the ones i need.
