The Allergy Kit news
started vial 4 tonight. - no limitations on food. vial 3 went good. i havent tried or really ate anything that was in the vial. I will try something and get back to you guys. as i am allergic to a few of the things in there.
updated on vial 3 : i Have tried sesame and an improvement i must say but i might need the individual vial. I used to get tightness in throat soon after consuming it but now its more of it settling it in my stomach sometimes. But i do question if its from me avoiding it for so long that my body handles it a little better.. but seeing a sign is promising but the true retesting will let me know if it has improved.
