smoke vial done

I have finished the smoke vial. Went to the casino for 3 hours and was pretty good. had a few coughs but nothing serious. I will be starting the dust next, doing it 3 times and plan to do the tree after.

As for as progress is going i haven't had an medication for 1 month now. BUT it was only natural medication so it wasn't like i needed take them. I was on the natural stuff for about 6-9 months. I stopped taking this powder inhaler once a day. The reason i started this kit if your a new reader is because my symptoms came back at random and had gotten worse. That is why i jumped the gun on the kit, i felt like i had nothing to lose. I have been doing a lot better. but the past few days have been kind of on the down side, just feeling off and lack of energy..

Other then the kit, school has started and going back feels like i didn't even have a spring break..

Went to ikea and bought a lightbulb that cant be found anywhere else but there! kind of dumb but smart of the company. If you haven't done there in awhile they finally have done some moving. DONT ever eat the ice cream and hotdog together its a bad mix.
